Accessibility policy

1. Statement of commitment
CENTRUM TABLE TENNIS CLUB (the 'Organization') is steadfast in its commitment to ensuring digital accessibility for persons with disabilities. The Organization is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment, continuously enhancing the user experience for all individuals. This commitment is demonstrated through adherence to applicable accessibility standards, as mandated under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 ('AODA').
2. Accessibility standards
The Organization is resolute in its compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA, as mandated by the AODA. The Organization will take reasonable steps to ensure compliance.
3. Accessible formats and communication supports
Upon request, the Organization will provide or arrange for the provision of accessible formats and communication supports for persons with disabilities. In fulfilling this obligation, the Organization will:
Provide accessible formats and communication supports as soon as reasonably possible, with due consideration to the individual's accessibility needs;
Engage in consultation with the requesting individual to ascertain the most suitable accessible format or communication support;
Ensure that the provision of accessible formats or communication supports does not incur costs exceeding those charged to individuals without disabilities.

5. Training
The Organization is committed to providing training to employees, volunteers, and other relevant personnel on Ontario's accessibility legislation. This includes the AODA and pertinent provisions of the Ontario Human Rights Code as they pertain to persons with disabilities. Training will be tailored to align with the specific duties and responsibilities of each individual within the Organization.
6. Modifications to this policy
The Organization is dedicated to the ongoing development and refinement of accessibility policies that uphold the dignity, autonomy, and full participation of persons with disabilities. No modifications will be made to this policy without careful evaluation of their potential impact on persons with disabilities. Any policy found to be inconsistent with these principles will be amended or rescinded accordingly.
7. Language
This policy is available in both English and Polish. In the event of any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or conflicts between the English and Polish versions, the English version shall prevail and be deemed the authoritative version, while the Polish version is provided for convenience only.
