Membership application for the 2025-2026 season

We're excited to announce that membership applications for the 2025-2026 season are now open. You can apply for your membership in one of two convenient ways:

1. Submit online: Fill out and submit the Online Membership Application Form  electronically

2. Submit by paper: Download or view the Membership Application Form , print it, complete it by hand, and return the finished copy to a CTTC official

Once you've completed your membership application, you can pay your membership fee using one of the following three methods:

1. Pay with credit card: A processing fees will be added to your membership fee when paying by credit card

2. Pay with Interac debit: A processing fees will be added to your membership fee when paying by Interac debit

3. Pay with Interac e-Transfer: Send your payment to [email protected]

4. Pay with cheque: Make your cheque payable to CENTRUM TABLE TENNIS CLUB and hand it directly to a CTTC official

5. Pay with cash: Hand your payment directly to a CTTC official

Refer to Table 1 for the membership fee structure. When submitting your payment, please ensure the correct fee is applied. Inaccurate payments may delay the approval of your membership.
